Some bookings may offer free cancellation up to a specified number of days before check-in (typically 7-14 days). If you cancel within the free cancellation period, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after this period may incur charges or be non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Non-refundable rate plans typically offer lower prices but do not allow cancellations or modifications. Once booked, the full amount is charged and no refund will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.

4. Modification Requests

Booking modifications (change of dates, room type, or guest details) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking. Modifications are not guaranteed.

5. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method used for booking. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

6. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions. Standard cancellation policies may be waived at our sole discretion in such situations.
