Room rates vary based on season, booking platform, and availability. Prices displayed at the time of booking are subject to change. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Late check-ins must be communicated in advance.

Payment must be made at the time of booking or as specified in your booking confirmation. We accept payments through authorized payment gateways and third-party booking platforms.

Your billing information must be accurate. Failed or declined payments may result in cancellation of your booking. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where fraudulent or inappropriate activity is suspected, or where errors occur (including pricing errors).

Guests are expected to treat the property and its contents with respect. Any damage caused to the property during your stay will be charged to you. Guests must comply with house rules provided at check-in.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Illegal activities, excessive noise, or behavior that disturbs other guests or neighbors is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Guests must provide valid identification documents (passport, driving license, or Aadhaar) at check-in as required by local regulations.

The Vintage Homestay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your stay or use of our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of belongings, personal injury (except where caused by our negligence), or any other damages.

We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, civil unrest, or government restrictions (force majeure).

Guests are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to maintain high standards, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all amenities or services.

The website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We are not responsible for any errors in pricing or availability listings. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel affected bookings with full refund.
